Our story

The famous Italian singers Battisti and Mogol sang, “with a flower in your mouth, everything you do is more joyful and fun.”  This embodies the mission of Flower Burger, the first Italian vegan burger fast food, born in the heart of Milan in 2015.

The flower is a symbol of positivity, joy and love. A bond with nature that takes the form of rainbow shades with a 100% plant based menu of colourful burgers made with only natural ingredients and real food.

Buns range from the yellow color made with turmeric, to the violet tones of the cherry and beetroot extract. The Flower Burger team is always looking for new real, natural, and delicious ingredients with the aim to amaze our customers. Flower Burger and Cherry Bomb are just some of burgers that can be paired with potato wedges, edamame or patatas bravas. Sprouts, spinach, seitan, chickpeas, quinoa… Flower Burger knows how to combine them to make people fall in love with their explosive taste.

The concept was born by Matteo Toto, a young entrepreneur who undertook a journey to discover new flavors and find the perfect meeting point between burger culture, and plant-based cuisine. The concept is brought to the United States by another young entrepreneur, Elena Platt, who fell in love with Flower Burger on a trip to Italy, and worked tirelessly to bring them home with her to America.
